我校阿伯丁数据科学与人工智能学院、国际商学院教师招聘公告

一、招聘学院介绍
(一)阿伯丁学院
阿伯丁学院是我校与英国阿伯丁大学联合创建的非独立法人中外合作办学机构,于2021年5月正式获教育部批复设立,是我校的教学科研单位。阿伯丁学院是我国首个开办人工智能本科专业的中外合作办学机构,也是学校和佛山首个中外合作办学机构。阿伯丁学院办学规模为1200人,2021年首届招生185人,开设3个四年制本科专业,分别为:人工智能、软件工程、信息管理与信息系统,采取“4+0”“中外双注册”“中外双学位”培养模式。
(二)国际商学院
国际商学院设金融学(中英合作办学)、财务管理和法语三个本科专业,有中外联合培养国际商务和职业技术教育(财经商贸类商务英语)两个研究生专业,其中金融学专业是广东省特色专业。学院拥有国际化高水平的师资队伍,其中具有出国留学进修经历的教师占教师总人数的2/3以上,外籍教师10余人。学院拥有珠江西岸战略研究中心、跨境教育质量保障研究中心,与中国教育国际交流协会共同建立了跨境教育质量保障研究基地。
二、招聘条件待遇
(一)青年拔尖人才
1. 引进条件
自然科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过40周岁,人文社会科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过45周岁,已取得原创性科研成果并获同行专家认可,达到国家“四青”人才水平或具有冲击国家“四青”人才的能力。能全英教学。
2. 引进待遇
(1)学校待遇。入编,聘任或优先聘任正高或副高级专业技术职务;年薪税前30-60万元;房补最高可达税前200万;按学科基础和实际需要提供科研启动经费。
(2)南海校区待遇。南海校区根据引进人才的学历层次、职称、授课课程另行补贴工资5万元/年;首聘期科研启动经费一人一议,与学校1:1配套。阿伯丁学院补贴另行面议。
(2)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读我校附属幼儿园、小学和初中。
(二)骨干教师
1. 引进条件
原则上不超过50周岁,具有博士学历学位,在排名不低于我校或所在学科不低于我校同学科排名的高校取得正高级或副高级职称,或取得上一级别职称以来获得的科研业绩达到我校教授或副教授聘岗条件。近五年教学科研成果丰富,教学和科研水平在学校相关学科领域教师中位于前列。能全英教学。
2. 引进待遇
(1)学校待遇。入编,工资待遇按国家、广东省和学校有关规定执行。
(2)南海校区待遇。南海校区另补贴3万元/年;首期科研启动经费工科不超过10万元,其他学科不超过5万元。阿伯丁学院补贴另行面议。
(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读我校附属幼儿园、小学和初中。
(三)青年英才
1. 引进条件
原则上年龄不超过35周岁,业绩特别突出的艺术学、哲学和人文社会科学学科申请者,可放宽至38周岁。优先考虑在中国科学院、中国社科院、所在学科为教育部学科评估A类学科的高校、世界排前200名的高校(国际公认的四大全球大学排行榜:ARWU、QS、THE、US News,下同)获得博士学历学位或从事博士后研究工作;取得原创性科研工作成果,具有突出的学术潜力和活力。能全英教学。
2. 引进待遇
(1)学校待遇。青年英才聘特聘研究员,聘期三年。
薪酬由基本工资、年度奖励绩效和业绩奖金三部分组成,其中,基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额为25万元/年。
业绩奖金:以项目负责人身份申获以下科研项目,可享受业绩奖金,从当前聘期第一个月补齐:申获教育部人文社科项目、全国教育科学规划部级项目,享受业绩奖金3万元/年;申获国家基金青年项目、全国教育科学规划国家级项目,享受业绩奖金5万元/年;申获国家基金面上(一般)项目、国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”,享受业绩奖金10万元/年。申获上述其他项目多项的,按不重复原则就高奖励。
(2)南海校区待遇。南海校区另补贴4万元/年;首期科研启动经费工科不超过10万元,其他学科不超过5万元。阿伯丁学院补贴另行面议。
(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读我校附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,可申请租住南海校区周转房(不再享受租房补贴)。
(四)青年英才(博士后)
1. 引进条件
原则上不超过35周岁,具有良好的学术背景、学术基础和发展潜力,并已取得创新性科研成果。优先考虑在排名不低于我校的国内高校、所在学科排名不低于我校同学科的国内高校、世界排名前500名的高校获得博士学历学位的申请者。符合进站条件的青年英才(博士后)同时纳入博士后管理。能全英教学。
2. 引进待遇
(1)学校待遇。青年英才(博士后)聘特聘副研究员,聘期三年,同时纳入国家或广东省博士后管理。
薪酬由基本工资、年度奖励绩效和业绩奖金三部分组成,其中,基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额23 万元/年。
业绩奖金:聘期内依托我校以项目负责人身份申获以下科研项目。可享受奖励性绩效,从当前聘期第一个月补齐:申获博士后科学基金,享受奖励性绩效2万元/年;申获教育部人文社科项目、全国教育科学规划部级项目,享受奖励性绩效3万元/年;申获国家基金青年项目、全国教育科学规划国家级项目,享受奖励性绩效5万元/年;申获国家基金面上(一般)项目、国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”,享受奖励性绩效10万元/年。申获多项博士后科学基金的,只奖励一次;申获上述其他项目多项的,按不重复原则就高奖励。
(2)南海校区待遇。南海校区另补贴3万元/年;首期科研启动经费工科不超过6万元,其他学科不超过2万元。阿伯丁学院补贴另行面议。
(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读我校附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,青年英才(博士后)可申请租住博士后公寓(不再享受租房补贴)。
(五)特聘教师
1. 引进条件
符合学校基本招聘条件与学院招聘要求;获得硕士研究生以上学历学位;优先考虑拥有海外学习经历者。能全英教学。
2. 引进待遇
(1)学校待遇。特聘教师实施合同管理,不入事业编制;中国籍教师起点年薪12万元,外籍教师起点年薪16万。
(2)南海校区待遇。南海校区根据学历层次和职称进行另外补贴,其中无职称2万元/年,讲师职称3万元/年,副教授及以上职称4万元/年。阿伯丁学院补贴另行面议。
以上人才类别应聘者,如业绩特别突出的,年龄、学历要求可以适当放宽。此外,符合佛山市人才计划条件的教师,可按规定申请享受以下待遇:

Announcement of Employment Opportunities
for Teaching Talents, Aberdeen Institute/ International Business College, SCNU
South China Normal University(SCNU) was founded in 1933, with a long history, complete range of disciplines and rapid development momentum. As a member of the “211 Project”, it enters the ranks of universities co-constructed by Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education, Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project and National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. SCNU now boasts four campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus, Nanhai Campus and Shanwei Campus. Nanhai campus is jointly built by the university, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the People's Government of Foshan City, and the People's Government of Nanhai District. With the development strategy of internationalization, new engineering, interdisciplinary and research-oriented, it aims to develop into a special zone for talent cultivation, a demonstration zone for international education, a pilot zone for mechanism reform, and a demonstration zone for industry-university-research cooperation. Located in SCNU Nanhai campus, the Aberdeen Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (hereafter referred to as “Aberdeen Institute”) and the International Business College (hereafter referred to as “IBC”) are now openly recruiting outstanding teaching talents from home and abroad.
I. Introduction of Institute/College
i. Aberdeen Institute
The Aberdeen Institute is a non-legal-entity Sino-foreign joint institute established by South China Normal University and the University of Aberdeen. In May 2021, the Ministry of Education (MoE) officially approved the establishment of Aberdeen Institute, which is a teaching and research unit at SCNU. It marks the launch of the first Sino-foreign joint institute offering undergraduate program in artificial intelligence in China, the first Sino-foreign joint institute at SCNU, also the first of its kind in Foshan City. The Aberdeen Institute enrolled the first intake of 185 students in 2021, offering three four-year undergraduate programs, namely, artificial intelligence, software engineering, and information management & information systems. The total capacity is expected to reach 1,200 students in the future. It adopts the training mode of "4+0" "dual registration" "double degree" .
ii. International Business College
The IBC has three undergraduate majors: Finance (Sino-British cooperative program), Financial Management and French; two Sino-foreign cooperative graduate majors: Master of International Business and Master of Vocational Education (Financial and Business English), of which the Finance is the Featured Major of Guangdong Province. The college has a high-level international teaching staff, more than 2/3 of the teachers having the experience of studying abroad, and more than 10 being foreign teachers. The college has the Pearl River West Bank Strategic Research Center, Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Center, and the Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Base co-constructed with the China Education Association for International Exchange.
II. Requirements and Rewards
i. Outstanding Young Talents
1. Requirements
In principle, the candidates' age should not exceed 40 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of natural science and should not exceed 45 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of humanity and social science. The candidates, with the ability of China’s Four Categories of Youth Talents or have great potential for development, should have achieved original scientific research achievements and well-recognized by experts in the field. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English.
2. Rewards
(1) Rewards from SCNU: Employed within public institution staffing quota. The candidates can be recruited as professor, associate professor or position of equivalent level. The candidates will be rewarded with an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000-600,000 yuan. Housing Allowance of up to pre-tax 2 million yuan will be provided. Research start-up fund will be provided according to research fields and actual needs.
(2) Rewards from Nanhai Campus: The Nanhai Campus will provide an additional subsidy of 50,000 yuan per year according to the academic level, title, and teaching courses of the introduced talents; Research start-up fund is basically the same as offered by SCNU, varying from person to person in the first employment period; The Aberdeen Institute’s subsidy will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.
(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.
ii. Backbone Teachers
1. Requirements
The applicant should not be more than 50 years old in principle, and should hold a doctor's degree. He/she should have obtained a senior or associate senior professional title in a university ranked no lower than SCNU or in the same discipline ranked no lower than SCNU, or his/her research achievements have met the requirements for the appointment of professor or associate professor in SCNU. Have rich teaching and scientific research achievements in recent five years, and the teaching and research level is at the forefront of the school's teachers in related subject areas. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English
2. Salary and welfare
(1) Rewards from SCNU: Employed within public institution staffing quota. Salary and benefits are provided according to the policies of the nation, the province and the university.
(2) Rewards from Nanhai Campus: Nanhai campus will provide a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the fields of science and engineering in the first employment period, and up to 50,000 yuan for candidates in other disciplines. The Aberdeen Institute’s subsidy will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.
(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.
iii. Young Talents
1. Requirements
The age of the candidates, preferably under 35, can be prolonged to 38 if he/she has outstanding academic performance in Science of Art, Philosophy,or Humanities and Social Science. Doctorate degree or postdoctoral research should have gained or done in such universities or institutions as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, discipline at universities ranked no lower than A level in Ministry of Education evaluation or the top 200 universities in the world (internationally recognized four global university rankings: ARWU, QS, THE, US News, the same hereinafter). Candidates are expected to have achieved original research achievements in the field with impressive academic potentiality and vitality. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English .
2. Rewards
(1) Rewards from SCNU: Young Talents will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Research Fellow. Salary consists of three parts, basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is 250,000 yuan per year.
Performance Bonus: During the term of employment, a candidate as project leader, can apply for rewards from the first month of employment if he/she successfully obtains any of the following scientific research projects under SCNU: For a project supported by Social Science Project of Ministry of Education or National Education Scientific Planning(ministerial level), the candidate will enjoy awards of 30,000 yuan. For a project supported by National Foundation for Young Scholars or National Education Scientific Planning(state level), the candidate will enjoy rewards of 50,000 yuan. For a project supported by National Foundation for General Programs or Nation Postdoctoral Innovation Talents Planning, the candidate will enjoy rewards of 100,000 yuan. Those who apply for several projects mentioned above will be awarded the highest one without repetition.
(2) Rewards from Nanhai campus: Nanhai campus will provide a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the fields of science and engineering in the first employment period, and up to 50,000 yuan for candidates in other disciplines. The Aberdeen Institute’s subsidy will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.
(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can also apply for renting interim apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.
iv. Young Talents (Postdoctors)
1. Requirements
The candidates, preferably under 35, have good academic background, academic foundation and development potential, and have achieved innovative scientific research results. Preference will be given to applicants who have gained his/her doctorate degree from domestic universities and discipline ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or the top 500 universities in the world. Qualified Young Talent (Postdoctors) will be under the management of the postdoctoral system. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English .
2. Rewards
(1) Rewards from SCNU: Young Talent (Postdoctors) will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Associate Research Fellow and will be managed in the national or provincial postdoctoral system. Salary consists of three parts, basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is 230,000 yuan per year.
Performance Bonus: During the term of employment, a candidate as project leader, can apply for rewards from the first month of employment if he/she successfully obtains any of the following scientific research projects under SCNU: For a project supported by Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the candidate will enjoy awards of 20,000 yuan. For a project supported by Social Science Project of Ministry of Education or National Education Scientific Planning(ministerial level), the candidate will enjoy awards of 30,000 yuan. For a project supported by National Foundation for Young Scholars or National Education Scientific Planning(state level), the candidate will enjoy rewards of 50,000 yuan. For a project supported by National Foundation for General Programs or Nation Postdoctoral Innovation Talents Planning, the candidate will enjoy rewards of 100,000 yuan. v. Senior Teachers
1. Requirements
Candidates should meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the college’s specific requirements. Candidates should have already acquired master degree or above degree, taking priority to those with overseas learning experience. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English .
2. Rewards
(1) Rewards from SCNU: The candidates will sign an employment contract with SCNU. The annual salary of Chinese teachers is 120,000 yuan, and the annual salary of foreign teachers is 160,000 yuan.
(2) Rewards from Nanhai Campus: Nanhai Campus will provide a subsidy according to educational level and academic title. The candidates who do not have any academic title will enjoy 20,000 yuan per year, 30,000 yuan for lecturers per year, and 40,000 yuan per year for associate professors or above. The Aberdeen Institute’s subsidy will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.
For applicants of the talent categories above, if their performance is particularly outstanding, the age and education requirements can be appropriately adjusted. In addition, candidates who meet the conditions of the Foshan Talent Initiatives can apply for the following rewards according to regulations:
